Meet The Team

Bob Hoffman

Bob Hoffman, President of Hoffman Benefit Services, has been assisting business owners with their health benefits for over two decades. Bob has spent most of his life in the Hoosier state. He graduated from Noblesville High School, received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Indiana University, and his master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Bob and his wife, Mai Xia, currently reside in Carmel, Indiana, with their two sons, Noah and Elijah, and their mini-goldendoodle, Lance. When he is not working on insurance, he can usually be found at Northview Church or at a nearby baseball field watching his sons.

Heather Wagner

Heather Wagner is the office manager at Hoffman Benefit Services. She is also a licensed health insurance professional who is driven by a passion for customer service. Heather earned her degree in Healthcare Management from Capella University.

Heather grew up in Racine, Wisconsin before moving to Omaha, Nebraska, where she met and married her husband, Marc. Her midwestern roots instilled in her a strong sense of community and commitment to make a difference. Currently, she resides in Westfield, Indiana with Marc and their daughters, Scottie and Avery, along with their two dogs and three cats. In her free time, Heather can be found planning her next cruise adventure.

K.I.D.S. Inc. exists to cultivate life-changing relationships that show the love of Jesus and multiply believers to glorify God. We provide people and programs to meet students’ immediate physical, social, emotional and educational needs with the ultimate goal of Christ-redeemed lives.
